Prosciutto of Happiness

Prosciutto of Happiness is not just another Foodie Blog, really. Not really, yes it is.  
Procuitto of Happiness is one of these blogs people do about what they drink and eat, with a bunch of random asides, more or less aimed at entertainment.  
First entry: here's my winter greenhouse lettuce in Feb, 2011.

Entry Two:  I make wines, and here's the Concord & Niagara I fermented up fall of 2011.  The white wine goes in the big mason jars because it's short shelf life, while the red gets bottled for a longer time frame.  It's in the 12% alcohol range, which is what's required to keep it from turning a few months out.  Whatever turns makes great vinegar, so there's really no waste with this little enterprise.
